Your duties will include: Supervising front‑of‑house staff during service Supporting the management team with rotas and staffing requirements Overseeing food and drink service to ensure high standards are maintained Ensuring the team have strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment Participating in all service, preparation, and cleaning duties, including periodic deep cleans Assisting with stock control and completing stock checks when required Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time Benefits: Company events Free parking On-site parking Referral programme Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts Weekend availability required Location: Hope and Anchor, Ross-on-Wye Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
