About The Role
đ Location: RAC Bescot Head Office
đŒ Contract: Full-time, permanent
đ° Salary: ÂŁ36,400 + night allowance
đ Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, between 8pm-6:30am (35 hours per week) Includes weekend and bank holiday working.
What youâll be doing
* Leading the delivery of key deployment KPIs (PAR, JPH, DTR, contractor usage, NPS).
* Coaching and developing colleagues to improve performance, productivity and quality.
* Acting as the goâto expert for line management, performance, attendance, H&S and deployment processes.
* Building capability within the team and supporting continuous improvement.
* Handling escalated customer or colleague issues, incident reports and compliance actions.
* Identifying opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver for our customers.
What youâll need
* Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fastâpaced environment.
* Strong understanding of deployment systems, processes and breakdown products.
* Confidence managing underperformance in line with policies and procedures.
* Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail under pressure.
* Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach to problemâsolving.
* Good understanding of operational performance metrics and how to influence them.
* Competence using iCAD and associated systems.
