RGB Network are currently representing a well‑established engineering firm based in Barnet, who are looking for an additional office administrator to join their team and support their service department.
Salary Package
* £24,000 - £27,000
* Office based position
* Working hours 8.30am – 5pm
* Free Parking Onsite

Duties
* Coordinate and schedule service technicians for field assignments.
* Create, track, and close work orders in the company’s service management system.
* Maintain accurate records of service activities, labour hours, and materials used.
* Communicate with clients about job status, scheduling, and concerns.
* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support field work.
* Organise materials, equipment, and logistics for service tasks.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance‑related documentation.
Requirements
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in office excel software and internal management systems.
* Professional, courteous manner when dealing with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
