Job summary

The One Recovery Bucks service offers an innovative opportunity to bridge Primary Care, Community Mental Health services, and Substance Use services.

We are seeking a Co-Occurring Conditions Recovery Worker to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

These vacancies address an unmet need for individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.

At MPFT, we prioritize staff wellbeing and development, offering:

* Counselling support and lifestyle advice

Main duties include:

* Providing high-quality clinical services to service users and families
* Managing a caseload of individuals with co-occurring conditions
* Delivering interventions according to wellbeing and recovery plans
* Assessing co-occurring conditions and ensuring safe, effective treatment
* Collaborating with primary and secondary mental health services and projects like RSI
