This role will support the effective delivery of Eurocell's customer marketing activity through efficient coordination, administration, and communication. You will play a key part in campaign execution, customer engagement, and internal operations, with a strong focus on email communications, literature management, and marketing logistics.
Responsibilities
* Assist with customer email communications where required, supporting campaign delivery
* Work closely with Internal Communications to ensure clear and consistent understanding of marketing activity across the branch network and wider business
* Coordinate and maintain product literature across the branch network, ensuring accuracy and availability
* Support the day‑to‑day management and upkeep of the branch network marketing portal, keeping content current and relevant
* Provide general marketing administration support across campaigns and projects
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound marketing enquiries from branch teams
* Support ad‑hoc event coordination and creation of supporting materials
* Assist with gathering customer feedback and insights to support future activity
* Work collaboratively across the Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Category teams to ensure seamless campaign coordination
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role (or relevant degree)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all marketing materials and communications
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and branch colleagues
* Proactive and responsive approach, with a willingness to support across a wide range of tasks
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Experience using marketing or content platforms (e.g. email tools, CMS, or similar systems)
* Ability to manage and update content across multiple channels (e.g. portals, literature, internal comms)
* Experience coordinating suppliers or external partners (e.g. printers) is beneficial but not essential
