We are looking for a Senior Youth Support Worker to join The Bungalow Youth Project — a youth-led, relational space where young people come not just to take part, but to belong.
This role builds on session delivery by supporting the development of high-quality youth work, contributing to planning, and helping to create consistency across sessions.
The work is engaging, sometimes challenging, and always meaningful.

At the heart of our work is The Bungalow Youth Project, a dedicated youth space where young people are welcomed as they are.
The Bungalow Youth Project is delivered by Buckfastleigh Community Development Project (Trust), a registered charity rooted in a simple belief: that young people already hold the strengths and potential to shape their own futures — and that our role is to create the conditions where that can happen.
We are not a service that “fixes” young people. We are a space that walks alongside them.
While employed by Buckfastleigh Community Development Project (Trust), you will be part of The Bungalow Youth Project team.
