Working with young people within a set house group, the House Manager will build positive relationships with students, providing them with a safe and supportive space. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of young people by providing basic first aid support. The role will involve having a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and involve signposting students and families to external support if required. Ryde Academy Ryde Academy, based on the Isle of Wight, is an 11 to 18 years Secondary Academy and is sponsored by Lift Schools.
