Customer Service Representative

We have recruited 18,000 customers to date, and that number is continuing to grow As a result we are seeking to grow our customer service team, with a number of full-time positions currently available.
Full time roles will work 36 hrs per week. This will be over 4 days per week Monday to Friday on a rota basis.
Duties:
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve queries
* Data entry and accurately update customer information in the system
* Discuss customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
* Work closely with employees in different departments
Skills:
* Experience in a customer service role would be beneficial, but not essential
* Good understanding of data protection and need for confidentiality when dealing with customer details
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* IT literate
* Friendly and confident
