The role
Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.
You’ll interact with people each shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
* Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
* Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences
* Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
* Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly
* Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment upkeep
* Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges
