* Monday to Friday
* 08.00 - 16.00
* 40 Hours per week

Pay:
* £16.81 Per Hour, paid weekly every Friday
* Holiday is accrued

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Reactive work in the estate
* Flooring, wall repairs, decor
* Pot Hole repairs
* Rain water gutters and drainage
* Safety shoes & HIVIS must be worn on site

Requirements:
* UK Driving Licence, No more than 6 points
* Experience working in an environment with the above factors
* City & Guilds in a fabric based skill
