Position: Full-time Hours: 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday Salary: £27,846 Annual Leave: 22 days Bank Holidays Main Responsibilities Operations Administrator Processing of labour profitability across all orders by correctly processing and approving timesheets Labour & Materials pricing on reactive and quoted works Ensuring all emails received into the Portals inbox are actioned within 15 mins of receipt also ensure this is cleared & engineers are logged in/out. Engineer portal support when unable to sign in/out. Answer the phone to internal office staff and support as required. Client Support Client Portal Issues Answer client phone calls and help resolve any queries they have, or escalate to another member of DPP office staff to help. Engineer support Answer engineer phone calls and help resolve any queries they have, or escalate to another member of DPP office staff to help. Engineer support for Portal log ins when required.
