The role of a Property Consultant offers variety and diversity, no two days are the same, in addition to a generous commission package that is uncapped and tax-free. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often required adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward thinking, have confidence and competence negotiating, and have great interpersonal skills. With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients. Key Responsibilities: Finding clients in need of consultancy services through calling, advertising, and business presentations Regularly keeping updated on the market sales trends and informing clients accordingly Conducting property valuations Meeting clients for viewings Maintaining an up-to-date database and accurate record keeping Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients Requirements Proven experience in sales Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Organised and efficient Must have an Education Certificate (GCSE Level or higher) Must have a Driving License Must have 6 months of savings Available immediately Package Commission only role Training & Professional Development Progression Structure Residence Visa & Labour Card Medical Insurance RERA Broker License
