Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging and innovative science lesson plans for students.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
* Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level.
* Excellent knowledge of the Science curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons.
* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
