Qualifications:
* Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
* CCC or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology
* Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
* Strong assessment and evaluation skills
* Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location:
* Elk Grove, CA
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
* Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
* Attend and participate in IEP meetings and relevant team discussions
* Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
* Manage a caseload within the K-12 environment, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
