Make a real difference as a Libertatem Complex Care Assistant. Care for clients with complex needs and help them live the life they choose. You’ll join a supportive team with access to training and development to support your client and your career.
Location and hours
Enfield, London. Evening shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 4:00pm–9:30pm. Salary: £12.32 per hour. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full-time.
Responsibilities
Your role focuses on individual care needs, including:
* Taking clients to medical appointments or helping them get up in the morning
* Supporting clients through a full day of activities and routines
* Building a connection with clients and handling the physical aspects of care
As part of the role, you will be required to have experience in the following areas:
* Learning Disability
* Cerebral Palsy
* Personal Care
* Moving and Handling
* Administration of medication

Support and development
We provide online and classroom training in complex care needs and the opportunity to study for a relevant NVQ. Depending on the client, you may work alone or as part of a team. You may also care for more than one client if you have availability. Before starting, you will meet your client and their family and receive ongoing support.

Qualifications
Essential:
* Experience in Learning Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Personal Care, Moving and Handling, and Administration of medication
