Position Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends. (This role would be to cover two late (4.15pm-9.30pm) and night shift (9.30pm -09.00am) every week. Rota can be discussed with Manager
* Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights:
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
About You
* You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (or in advance stages of working towards L3)
* You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
* You will have at least 12 month experience in a senior carer role.
