What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be:
• passionate about making learning experiences exciting, memorable and fun
• have recent EYFS or KS1 experience
• a creative, reflective, dedicated teacher who strives to provide the best possible learning opportunities for the children
• knowledgeable about how children learn and how to deliver a creativecurriculum with continuous provision embedded
• able to create an inspiring and purposeful learning environment
• an excellent classroom practitioner who is confident they consistently deliver good or better lessons
• fully committed to ensuring that all children achieve high standards and make good progress
• a good communicator, able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents
• a good team-player, willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
• have the potential to lead a subject such as Art, DT or PE.
