Content Manager – Global Tech Events (EMEA)
Location: Remote
Contract: 7‑month contract | Full‑time | Start ASAP
Pay: 411 per day
A leading global cloud technology organisation is looking for a highly organised Content Manager to support sponsor content delivery across its flagship EMEA technology summits. These large‑scale events attract thousands of attendees and 40-60 sponsoring partners per summit, including some of the world’s most influential technology companies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing international events team and play a key role in delivering content for one of the most recognised tech event series in the world.
The Role
As the Content Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all sponsor‑submitted content across 10 major EMEA summits. You’ll work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all presentations, slides, and speaker materials are delivered on time and meet strict content guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing content timelines and work‑back schedules for all sponsor sessions
* Acting as the main point of contact for sponsoring partners across EMEA
* Distributing speaker resources and content guidelines
* Tracking deliverables and monitoring deadline compliance
* Managing content workflows in Airtable and internal wikis
* Coordinating with internal teams across Europe and the global events organisation
* Supporting content quality and consistency across all summits
Must‑have skills:
* Strong program/content management experience
* Excellent stakeholder management across internal and external groups
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication
* Exceptional time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
* Experience using Airtable to manage databases and workflows
* Experience in events, content operations, or tech environments
* Familiarity with large‑scale, multi‑market projects
