what they are looking for: Experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager
- with a background in Civil engineering, specifically special projects or public realm works.
Someone to take full ownership from pre-construction through to completion.
Responsible for programming and planning works.
Managing budgets and resources, leading site teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Liaising with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget, and to the highest of quality and safety.
NVQ Level 7 in Civil Engineering.
Strong technical expertise with construction background along with a commercial and contractual awareness.
Be confident in leading, supporting and motivating site teams.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
The Role: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Support business plans, produce reports, and conduct regular site visits Oversee resource use, client relations, and team performance.
Manage the full construction process from pre-construction to completion Control financial aspects, monitor costs, and drive value engineering and efficiency.

What you receive: Salary between £68,000
- £73,000 depending on experience Car Allowance of £5,500 per annum Pension Scheme Private Healthcare 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid and Flexible working.
