Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements. Requirements About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Exceptional attention to detail with a natural ability to interpret and communicate financial data. Previous experience in a fast‑paced, privately owned business—ideally one that has scaled or is scaling. Previous experience in working with non‑finance stakeholders, building trust and influencing decisions. Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and improving processes. Benefits Why Join? Be part of a business with real momentum and ambition. Work closely with senior leadership and make a visible impact. Shape the finance function as the company continues to grow. Enjoy autonomy, variety, and the chance to build something meaningful.
