We are now looking for a Director of Operations to join us on a fixed-term, full-time basis. We offer flexibility on hours, e.g., 4 days a week or compressed hours for the right candidate.

About You
To be considered for the role of Director of Operations, you will need:
* Substantial experience of strategic change management and leadership
* Substantial experience as a director within a social housing environment or similar
* Significant experience of Housing Services, customer service delivery, and complaints resolution
* Significant experience of Asset and Estate management service delivery
* Degree level or equivalent
* Proven ability to develop and deliver a positive performance/continuous improvement culture in a service delivery setting
* Experience managing large/complex budgets
* Strong ICT skills, excellent communication skills, and strong numeracy
* Persuasive presentation skills
