Job Description:
Are you a project manager with experience in high-end office fit outs? Would you like to have the opportunity to earn great commissions through additional business you introduce and deliver?
We are working with a London-based commercial office consultancy that advises businesses on office strategies across the entire London market. Their technical team has developed an exciting new service line to support landlords with delivering Cat A+/Fitted office spaces and needs an experienced leader as they expand.
The mission for this role is to lead the delivery and growth of a new investor service line. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team. You'll oversee complex building refurbishments, Cat A+ and fitted solutions, and full repositioning projects from concept to completion. As part of the senior team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their proposition, strengthening client relationships, and establishing the client as a go-to consultancy for investor-led asset transformation.
Your focus will be to…
* Define and drive the growth strategy for the investor service line in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
* Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers.
* Take ownership of the service line's commercial performance, including P&L, pipeline, and delivery.
* Develop internal processes, tools, and reporting structures to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
* Drive the tendering process for contractors and other suppliers related to office fit outs.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of investor-side fit outs, refurbishments, and repositioning projects across London and the UK.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships including landlords, developers, consultants, and contractors.
* Cultivate and expand client relationships by proactively identifying additional service opportunities, leading to increased business growth and client retention.
* Manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring all client and project information is accurate and used strategically.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Lead pitches and client meetings, providing expert insights and representing the company to secure new business opportunities.
We'd love to hear from you if…
* You have around 10+ years of experience managing project management contracts across traditional and/or design and build frameworks.
* You are excited about shaping and growing a new service line.
* You have experience managing client relationships and delivering results in client-facing roles.
* You are a proactive leader, capable of taking ownership of projects and ensuring high standards.
* You have experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
* You are comfortable handling multiple complex tasks and priorities, remaining composed under pressure.
