This will be to work on a 1:1 basis with SEN students who will have either ADHD, ASC, learning difficulties, challenging behaviours, SEMH or physical disabilities. A successful candidate will be supporting students of KS1 and KS2 ages to enhance their learning and development. The role will involve lots of encouragement and behaviour management, ensuring students are engaged in their lessons. You will need to have outstanding communication and people skills.
