Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to join our Shared Services team in Armagh. This is an immediate start role within an expanding team to meet current recruitment demands.
Position Details:
* Type: Temporary for 3 months, with potential extension
* Pay Rate: £13.57 per hour
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Screen candidates for current vacancies and coordinate interviews
2. Manage a caseload of recruitment activities
3. Supervise other team members
4. Maintain and check candidate criteria using Trust systems
5. Ensure completion of all pre-employment checks
6. Handle queries related to recruitment and selection from managers, staff, and the public
Candidate Requirements:
* 2 A Levels or equivalent/higher qualification
* At least 18 months of administration experience
* Excellent computer and communication skills
* HR or Recruitment experience preferred
