Contract Information
This role is offered on a 12‑month contract basis.
Responsibilities
* Update and maintain the Graphics Master system.
* Assist in obtaining approval for content documents, code details specifications, translation and artwork approval.
* Update and maintain packaging technical files.
* Support packaging and labelling projects.
* Issue departmental meeting minutes.
* Non‑inventory purchasing.
* Maintain a log of purchase orders and invoices.
* Assist with data collection for Valpak submissions.
* Comply with site health and safety procedures.
Professional / Technical Experience
* Preferably previous experience of administration.
* Strong PC skills.
* Attention to detail.
* A willingness to develop skills in the graphics arena.
* Ability to work as part of a team and manage own day‑to‑day activities.
Qualifications
* Preferably GCSE or equivalent in English / Mathematics.
