The RoleYou will prepare and wrap ashes, ready for return to our customersArrange for the return of jewellery and personal effects with the ashesProvide support to the Operations Schedulers, in arranging the return of ashes to our customersYou must have great communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our CRM system and procedures.You will be self-motivated, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignityKey skills requirementExperience of keeping accurate records with exceptional attention to detailComputer literateAbility to solve problemsUsed to working to deadlines and within pressured environments.No previous experience in preparing ashes is necessary as full training will be provided. Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services.The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer services to their clientsWhat we offerFull training will be provided on how to arrange and record a funeral plan so you can excel in your job.
