e-commerce brands across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Email, and SMS.
We work with ambitious Shopify brands ranging from fast-growing challengers to established
seven-figure businesses. Our focus is simple: profitable, scalable growth driven by strong
creative, strong media buying, and strong retention.
We are now hiring a commercially strong, full-cycle salesperson to help us scale new
client acquisition.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will:
* Generate opportunities (outbound + inbound)
* Qualify prospects
* Run discovery
* Present audits / strategies
* Close deals
* Own deals from the first touch point to contract signed.
What You’ll Do:
Pipeline & Prospecting
Proactively identify and reach out to DTC e-commerce brands (primarily Shopify)
via:
* LinkedIn
* Email
* Strategic outbound campaigns
* Work inbound leads and qualify them properly against:
* Revenue level
* Ad spend
* Growth strategy
* Channel mix
Fit for Mongoose Social
Sales Process Ownership
Run discovery calls with founders and Heads of E-commerce
Diagnose growth problems across:
* Paid media
* Creative
* CRO
* Retention (email/SMS)
Lead or co-present:
* Audit calls
* Strategy calls
* Proposals
* Handle objections, scope discussions, and commercials
Close deals and hit revenue targets
Ensure deals sold are:
* A good fit for the client
* A good fit for the delivery team
* Run clean handovers into delivery to protect:
* Retention
* Expectations
Process & Optimisation
Maintain clean CRM records of:
* Outreach
* Deal stages
* Forecasts
Work with leadership to:
* Improve ICP targeting
* Improve messaging
* Improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years experience in:
* Sales
* Business Development
* Agency, SaaS, or e-commerce ecosystem
* Proven ability to:
* Prospect
* Run sales calls
* Close deals
* Strong commercial and consultative selling skills
Confident speaking to:
Founders
Heads of Marketing
Heads of E-commerce
Organised, process-driven, and outcome-focused
Comfortable in a remote, performance-based environment
Fluent in English

Experience selling:
