The Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded New Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with office-based companies that offer food and beverages to their staff.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales & Marketing, supported by a graduate managing content, lead generation, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and build a strong pipeline of new corporate clients.
* Identify target companies and key decision-makers (Facilities, Workplace, or Office Managers).
* Book and lead meetings, create proposals, and close deals.
* Collaborate with marketing to run outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events).
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot.
* Ensure a smooth handover to operations once a client is onboarded.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, ideally in office services, facilities, catering, or F&B.
* Proven track record in new business acquisition and exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM.
* Self-starter who thrives in a growing business with a hands-on culture.
