Healthcare Assistant - Pop Ins role at TieTalent. Location: Bawtry, DN10. Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour. Shifts: Part Time | Pop Ins | 7am - 8am & 8:30pm - 9:30pm.

Meet Our Client
We are currently supporting a young man in his 20s living in Bawtry and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join his care team. This part-time role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to his needs during pop-in visits. He requires support with all activities of daily living, and you\'ll assist with his clinical interventions, maintain his daily routines, and engage him in activities he enjoys, such as sensory play and watching cartoons with music and bright colours. He loves anything featuring the Minions!
As he is non-verbal, it\'s essential that the care team is patient, observant, and skilled at interpreting non-verbal cues to anticipate his needs and ensure he feels understood and supported.

What you\'ll need
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care during pop-in visits in Bawtry
* Assist with activities of daily living and participate in clinical interventions
* Maintain daily routines and engage client in preferred activities
* Support non-verbal client communication and observe for needs
Qualifications
* 3 months\' care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
