Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency Sage to facilitate efficient financial management.
Duties
* Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage
* Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
* Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting environment.
* Proficiency in Sage is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16.00-£19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
