We Are Recruiting for 15 SEND Roles Starting January 2026
Top Pay Rates – Because Your Work Matters
* TAs and LSAs £100–£125 per day
* HLTAs £135–£170 per day
* Teachers – we will match or exceed your current scale plus STN bonuses
Opportunities Across East London and Essex – Roles in Brentwood, Havering, Essex, Barking & Dagenham, and Redbridge. Positions available in Early Years, Primary, and Secondary SEND settings. Full Time, Long Term Roles.
Start Date: 5 January 2026

Who We Are Looking For
* SEND Teachers qualified or experienced unqualified
* 1 to 1 Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Support Workers
* HLTAs ready to move into rewarding and well‑paid SEND roles
* Individuals with experience in SEMH, ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, or PMLD
* Passionate professionals with transferable skills and a heart for supporting children with additional needs
