* Reporting to Associate Director, International Trade & Operational Pricing.

Role overview:
The Commercial Engagement Analyst will proactively support the IMCO (International Marketing and Commercial Operations) commercial engagement team with reporting and analytics on key initiatives, for the international pricing and customer excellence pillars and will help drive the execution of key strategic projects for the wider team. The Commercial Engagement Analyst will also support with the day-to-day management of key pricing systems, driving market expansion and improvements in system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management (40%):
o Support the wider IMCO commercial engagement team with the delivery of key projects including providing input to business solutions, meeting minutes and action taking and general project support to ensure seamless execution.
o Support creation of key team assets such as playbooks and PowerPoint presentations to help with the delivery of initiatives.
* Reporting and Analytics (40%):
o Support the creation and evolution of commercial reports and analytics such as ASP tracking and global strategic account performance.
o Support the wider team with data to help identify and capture commercial opportunities.
* Pricing Systems (20%):
o Day-to-day management of key Allergan Aesthetics pricing systems including PriceRight and TPMT.
o Support the commercial engagement team on creating roadmaps for system enhancements and delivery of capabilities across multiple markets internationally.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree or working towards a degree in Finance, Business or similar.
* Strong skills and experience working with excel and other reporting / analytical tools.
* Strong financial acumen.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Commercial understanding and drive.
* Good networking skills and cultural adaptability.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong focus on time management, follow-through, and issue resolution abilities.
* Resilient, self-motivated and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation & influencing skills.
