JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that has been established for over 20 years.
You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
* Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify process optimization opportunities, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Ability to advise and guide stakeholders on methods, tools, policies, and standards.
* Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements prioritization for complex initiatives.
* Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Ability to influence stakeholders on approaches and techniques.
* Management or mentorship experience with teams or junior staff preferred.
