The role:

We have a superb opportunity for a Porter who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests.
You are the welcoming face of THE NICI, more often than not the first and last impression. From greeting out guests, efficiently delivering them and their luggage to their room and overseeing the efficient running of our valet parking service.
You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, take pride in your appearance with a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence.
You will be responsible for greeting the guests at our carpark and parking their vehicle for them, therefor confidence in driving is essential.
You will be able to help our guests with your expert knowledge of the hotel services, local areas and surroundings.
Aspects of this job involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential.
Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as full training will be given.
