Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are currently recruiting for a Client Liaison Administrator to join a growing wealth management firm in their Cramlington office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, as a Client Liaison Administrator you will be the first point of contact for both advisors and clients.

This role would suit someone who is adaptable, organised, and confident managing a variety of queries and challenges.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing support to advisors, including monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries, and requests.
* Following standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN.
* Assisting with the preparation of cases in readiness for paraplanning.
* Processing all sales‑related paperwork from submission through to completion, including ongoing administration across investments, pensions, and protection.
* Attending operational meetings to discuss workloads, challenges, and opportunities.
* Maintaining up‑to‑date awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures.
* Keeping accurate and compliant records in line with internal standards.
* Preparing meeting packs.
* Gathering information for annual reviews.

This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake additional duties where appropriate training and guidance are provided.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience working within a Wealth Management/Financial Planning environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with advisors, paraplanners, and clients.
* A proactive individual with excellent organisational skills.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or client‑facing role is preferred.
* A strong focus on delivering high levels of client service and relationship management.
