* Job Title/Location: Customer Service Consultant, Epsom/WFH
* Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + bonus adds c.£1,000 + pension
* WFH: Working week is 3-4 days office, 1-2 days WFH. Training is 100% office-based
* Requirements: Strong telephone-based experience in any sector. Graduates also considered with again, some phones-based customer service experience
* Role Snapshot: Liaising with new/prospective customers, answering queries, promoting product benefits and about 20% of your time is admin related. This is not a sales role, focus is 100% customer service.
