About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specialising in private healthcare providers and care homes. This role offers full ownership of your desk, allowing you to develop client relationships, source high-quality candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process end to end. You will work closely with care homes, private hospitals, and healthcare groups to deliver reliable, compliant staffing solutions while building a strong and profitable desk.
