Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager - EMC Services to join our UK team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the EMC and radio equipment regulatory compliance space.
Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients in the EMC and radio compliance sector
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Generate new profitable revenue streams in line with UK Sales & Marketing policy
* Package and bundle services to maximise opportunities within and beyond your portfolio
* Travel as needed across the UK
Requirements
* Strong understanding of EMC or similar technical markets
* Proven B2B sales experience in a technical services environment
* Commercially savvy with the ability to sell services and value propositions
* Strong CRM usage and performance tracking
* Full UK driving licence
* A passion for growth, customer success, and delivering value
Desirable
* Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry
* Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
* Background in delivering customer service excellence
