An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Manager on Nights in our customer fulfilment center (CFC), Waitrose contract. The focus of the role is to lead and inspire large teams of people across multiple shifts and processes. Providing visible leadership, you will focus onemployee engagement to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the CFCs performance; through a team of First Line Managers and Colleagues.

7. Deputies for the Warehouse operational lead as and when required
8. Improving the consistency and level of operational execution

10. Driving continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People
11. Communicating effectively to ensure the team understands the strategic direction of the site and the role they play in the delivery
12. Playing a key part in the growth and development of the CFC to meet the ever-increasing demands from our customers
13. Improving the consistency and level of operational execution
14. Achieve and where possible exceed the budgeted productivity targets for the operation
15. Work with the Resource Planning team to ensure an effective operational plan is maintained and executed
16. Drive cost saving initiatives through your team of Operations Managers
17. To create and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement.

20. Ensuring all Personnel policies and procedures are followed that enable Colleagues to be treated fairly and with respect in line with the Wincanton Principles.
21. Work with the Planning Team to ensure an effective operational plan is maintained and executed

25. To manage the site as Duty Manager on a rotating basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
