Additional leave with length of service.* Holiday purchase scheme.* 25% off food and beverage and free hot drinks.* NEST pension.* Early Pay - withdraw a part of your salary in advance of the pay day.* New Employee Referral Bonus* Exceptional achievement award scheme* Discounts, eVouchers & salary sacrifice schemes via our Employee Benefits Platform.Key Duties:You will be required to perform the duties which are assigned to you by the Relevant Manager at your centre.To deliver agreed activity as per the activity planner.To deliver member engagement KPIs as defined by Mytime ActiveTo deliver the products associated with My Journey processes as appropriate in line with Mytime Active expectation and standards.To deliver Gym Floor classes as agreed with the Relevant Manager within the specified Gym Floor shiftsTo undertake daily checks, maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Mytime Actives policies & procedures .To undertake training and delivery of the Healthy Habits weight management course or any other activity / course as agreed with the Relevant Manager within the specified Gym Floor shiftsRole requirements:The role of a Wellbeing Advisor is to:To create an engaging exercise experience including classes & courses where necessaryTo provide motivation & support to customersTo deliver operational requirements to meet the needs of the businessTo meet health & safety requirements as identified in the QMSThe role of a Personal Trainer is toSupport customers to achieve their goals in a safe & effective mannerAchieve monthly Personal Training sales targetsAchieve monthly personal Training delivery targetsQUALIFICATIONSA minimum of Level 2 fitness qualification recognised by CIMSPA (Wellbeing Advisor)A minimum of Level 3 fitness qualification recognised by CIMSPA (Personal Trainer)A small group training or group exercise instructor qualification (if level 2, can be working towards this)To achieve a level 3 fitness qualification in no more than 6 months if currently Level 2Interested?
