The role
This role is a huge opportunity for the right person. Initially based at our group business, IHasco, this role is an opportunity to work within the wider Impact division in the Citation Group to help inform business strategy and decision making and also to ensure we deliver on business process project implementation. Considering the future state of this role, please be aware travel to other UK offices will be expected.
In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to review, optimise, and streamline our business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Working closely with the divisional Operations Director, you'll be at the forefront of analysing existing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing strategic solutions to elevate our overall business performance.
Your expertise in business analysis and project management will be instrumental as you contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives in our high-growth environment. Collaborating closely with the Group Project Management Office (PMO), you'll also play a vital role in supporting post-merger integration initiatives, driving seamless transitions and unlocking synergies.
Business Analysis/Operations:
* Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
* Maintain process documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Develop strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
* Facilitate workshops, track KPIs, and provide training and support.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Project Management:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence.
* Define project objectives, plans, and budgets with cross-functional teams.
* Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Liaise between divisions, ensuring alignment with project standards.
* Foster strong relationships for effective communication and collaboration.
* Communicate project updates to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
What we’d like you to have or ideally have experience in:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field provides the foundation for success in this role, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.
* Proven Experience: We're looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in business analysis, business operations, and project management roles. Your track record of successfully analysing and optimizing business processes will be invaluable in driving efficiency and productivity within our business.
* Project Management Expertise: A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices is essential for effectively leading and managing projects from inception to completion. Your ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets will be critical in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, change management, and interpersonal skills are vital for fostering collaboration, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and driving organizational change. Your ability to communicate project updates, milestones, and issues clearly and concisely will be instrumental in keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is key to success in this role. As our organization continues to evolve and expand, we need someone who can adapt quickly to change, overcome challenges, and drive results.
* Post-Merger Integration Experience: While not required, experience with post-merger integration is a definite plus. Your expertise in navigating complex integration processes and facilitating smooth transitions will be highly valued as we continue to grow and expand our business.
