Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Operational Leadership: Full management and supervision of the premises staff (caretakers, cleaning, maintenance).
* Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security, H&S compliance, and managing all statutory inspections and record-keeping.
* Facilities Management: Oversight of routine maintenance schedules, contractor procurement, and management of the premises budget.
