OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Experience in event coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.
Familiarity with Delphi and Opera systems (highly desirable).
Strong organisational and communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support in the lead-up to their event.
Create detailed and precise event orders, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant hotel departments.
Be on-site during events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed while providing seamless coordination between the client and hotel teams.
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
