We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside. Your new team This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe. The Linn House Housekeeping Host has a pivotal role to play in helping the team to deliver excellent hospitality/customer service to all guests staying at Linn House through advocacy and best in class in company health & safety. Your unique contribution Please note, this is a fixed term contract until December 2026. The key purpose of the role holder is to create a pleasant experience for the guests, t o deliver hospitality with passion and provide truly memorable moments to our guests. Key responsibilities will be: To ensure Linn House communal areas and guests rooms are kept to high standards of cleanliness at all times Responsible to deliver various in-house experiences to guests Delivering key house messages and telling important cultural and historic stories to our guests about the company brands and Linn House Liase with International Brand Ambassador and all LH work colleagues to ensure all guests needs are accommodate to high standards of quality You’ll be responsible for the cleaning of communal areas, guests rooms, laundry duties, set and clear stations for guests such as the Whisky bar for drinks, support the team with service & cleaning duties for in-house experiences, tastings, breakfasts and lunches. Carry out operations within Linn House conform to current Health and Safety legislation and report any failings to company health and safety representative to ensure the safety of everyone at Linn House Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Linn House Supervisor Who you’ll be working with Report to the Linn House Supervisor Team up to 8 people (permanent). Key relationship internal: Linn House team, Blend & Single Malt marketing teams, Heritage/International Brand Ambassadors team. Key relationship external: Linn House guests & company contractors. Your blend of talent This position could be right for you if you: General knowledge & passion of Scotch whiskey and Chivas Brothers Company brands. Have excellent skills of house and rooms cleaning duties and liaise with all work colleagues to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day routines. Have experience in delivering excellent customer service to public guests. Good organisational skills. Ability to work within in team to promote the interests of the Chivas Brothers brands and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and out with the Company to foster positive relationships. Ability to work unsocial hours, including weekends, and day shifts when there is a business requirement. Pro-active outlook and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances at short notice.
