Salary: £24,570.00
Hours:37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (flexibility required)

The Role
Stirling Park LLP has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our intensive in-house training programme for Trainee Sheriff Officers.
Our Trainee Sheriff Officer receive hands-on, field-based training by working closely with experienced, qualified Sheriff Officers throughout the majority of the working day. In addition to practical fieldwork, trainees will also carry out essential office duties, including the preparation, collection, and delivery of mail on a daily basis.
Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive three-year traineeship, which including monthly training modules and assessments delivered by our dedicated internal training manager. Upon successful completion of all monthly examinations, trainees will be eligible to sit a final qualifying exam administered by our governing body. Those who pass will be formally recognised as qualified Sheriff Officers.

Responsibilities
* Undertaking private study of monthly modules
* Being prepared and organised for monthly examinations
* Pass all examinations set by the Stirling Park Academy
* Assisting Sheriff Officers in making personal, telephone, and online enquiries
* Assisting Sheriff Officers in completing legal documents and writing reports
* Supporting office staff in any basic administration duties
Accountability
The post-holder will report to our Diligence Training Manager
Qualifications
* Applicants must hold a minimum of five passes as SCQF level 4 or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English, which must be confirmed within your CV.
