Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Truro. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project costs, managing budgets, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
* Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Experience in Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work on-site in Truro
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus
