About The Verdancy Group The Verdancy Group is a leading provider of green skills and sustainability training, supporting the UK’s transition to net zero through practical education and industry collaboration. As part of Fedcap UK, we work nationally with employers, local authorities and partners to deliver high-quality training in retrofit, clean energy and sustainable construction. As our programmes expand through Apex Training, we’re growing our team and looking for an Enrolment Coordinator to play a central role in helping opportunities turn into successful delivery. The Role The Enrolment Coordinator sits at the point where commercial activity meets delivery, helping ensure enquiries, employer interest and marketing campaigns translate into confirmed learners and viable courses. You’ll manage the journey from first enquiry to course start, working closely with Business Partnership Managers, delivery teams and marketing colleagues to maintain momentum, visibility and accuracy across the pipeline. This isn’t a pure admin role, nor is it sales — it’s about coordination, oversight and making sure programmes run successfully. What you’ll be doing Managing enquiries through to confirmed enrolment Acting as a key contact for learners, employers and partners Supporting campaign follow-up and opportunity tracking Monitoring course uptake and flagging risks early Maintaining accurate CRM, LMS and pipeline data Coordinating eligibility checks and documentation for funded programmes Producing simple reports to support forecasting and planning Contributing to process improvement as we scale About You You may currently work in training, education, employability, customer success or programme coordination. You are organised, proactive and confident working across teams. You enjoy keeping multiple moving parts aligned and creating a smooth, professional experience for others. Essential: Experience in enrolment, coordination or client-facing operational roles Strong organisation and attention to detail Confident communicator Able to manage multiple priorities independently Desirable: Experience in training, skills or funded programmes Familiarity with CRM or learning management systems Why join us?
