Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Pensions Implementation Technician with a proven track record of using technology and strong knowledge of data extraction, manipulation, and transformation to help clients resolve challenges with their pensions data.
The successful candidate will have experience working with various pensions administration platforms and transferring member data from those platforms, along with excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Excel. They will assess data challenges, then design and implement software tools and processes to resolve these issues in a well-documented and risk-managed manner.
We seek a self-starter with energy, good communication skills, and the ability to review others' programming work for accuracy. Experience in pension correction, data audits, and the software development cycle is advantageous.
This role can be based out of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh office with a hybrid working model.
WTW’s Project & Data Solutions team offers expertise and flexible resources to deliver tailored solutions for complex data challenges in large defined benefit pension schemes.
The team provides services including:
* Auditing data, benefits, and calculations
* Bulk data rectification and benefit reconstruction
* Data cleansing and electronic data improvement
* Supervising data workstreams for de-risking projects
