* Experience Matters: A minimum of 2 years as a General Manager is essential. You’ll need a solid background in premium gastropub operations, food, and drink.

* Service Excellence: Superb customer service is non-negotiable. You’ll be the face of the venue, ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience.
