About The Lux Travel Group
The Lux Travel Group is a leading luxury travel consultancy based in London, specializing in creating bespoke experiences for a discerning global clientele. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Junior Financial Administrator to join our friendly finance team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be a key player in managing our back-office administration and finance functions, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Payment Processing:
Administer supplier payments to hotels, tour operators, and other partners.
* Invoice Management:
Process and send client invoices and statements and actively manage payment collections.
* Bank Reconciliation:
Perform regular client money reconciliations.
* Financial Reporting:
Conduct general administration duties, including running and managing BSP and VAT reports.
* Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a daily point of contact for clients, travel agents, and suppliers regarding payment and account inquiries.
Requirements
Experience:
* Proven experience in a finance role within the travel industry is essential.
Skills:
* A strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
* A proactive and organized approach to managing a varied workload.
Personal Attributes:
* An excellent team player with a friendly and patient demeanor.
* Able to work on your own initiative.
